Andrea Bledsoe-Young

After two and half decades as an Executive in corporate America, 50% of which was in the C-Suite as Executive Vice President, COO and Chief Customer Officer, Andrea transitioned professionally to real estate in 2022, working with a local high-end custom-home builder in Nashville. While focusing on building long-term customer relationships, she managed to win Rookie of the Year in her first year and has continued to provide customer-first service leading to dozens of happy clients. She is now on a journey with Elam Real Estate and is eager to bring her collective experiences; love of real estate; her servant’s heart; and genuine care and love for people to all of her customers and fellow agents.  Andrea is currently working to complete her Luxury Homes Certification.

Andrea is wife to Steven Young, the founder and Executive Director of Home Street Home Ministries of Tennessee and she serves on the Board of Directors of Home Street Home Ministries. She is a doting mother to one son and one grandson, with another grandchild on the way in July of 2025! Their 4-legged, demanding child, a 70# Goldendoodle, whose name is Hondo, brings much joy to the Young household. When she isn’t working, she loves her Church, New Tribe, in Mt. Juliet, TN. Andrea enjoys interior design, learning, reading, trips to the mountains or beach, and a great glass of wine!
