Chad Robinette

A Kentucky native who has called Murfreesboro home since 2003, Chad is deeply rooted in the Middle Tennessee community he loves. Before real estate, Chad built a career in Healthcare Administration — earning his Master’s degree and gaining years of experience in clinical operations and IT at HCA. His passion for real estate even caught the attention of national television, with a recent appearance on HGTV’s House Hunters, which aired in March 2026. Outside of work, he is most proud of his greatest role — girl dad to Presley (14) and Ava Grace (7), both students at MTCS.

Having personally bought and sold several homes, Chad experienced firsthand the profound impact a dedicated, caring agent can have — and that experience lit a fire in him to do the same for others. Now proudly serving all of Middle Tennessee with Elam Real Estate, Chad operates from a simple but deeply held belief: he is here to serve his clients, not sell them.
