Nicole Caruthers

Nicole was raised in Murfreesboro and graduated from Riverdale High School. She has been married for 25 years and is a proud mother of two. Her daughter graduated from Blackman High School and graduated from Kentucky State University in May 2024. Her son graduated from Rockvale High School in May 2024 and plans to attend MTSU.

Nicole loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys watching, cooking and going to sporting events with her husband and friends.

She has worked at General Mills Inc. in various roles for more than 26 years. She worked as a sanitation administrative-planner, focusing on coordinating with contractors on planned events. In her role in quality admin, she worked with vendors to identify defective products, saving the department close to $1 million.

Nicole currently works as a shipping and receiving clerk, scheduling delivery appointments and ensuring ingredients and packaging materials reach the plant. Her job requires her to be an excellent communicator and to have good relationships with co-workers and contractors.
